Val's Buttermilk Pancakes

2 C all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbs sugar
2 large eggs beaten
3 c buttermilk
4 tbs butter
1 c blueberries

Heat griddle to 375. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk and butter. Whisk to combine but don't over mix. Batter will have small lumps. Brush griddle with butter. Laddle butter  4 inches apart. Sprinkle with berries.  When pancakes bubble on top and edges are slightly dry  flip them. Cook until golden brown on bottom about 1 minute more.
