Nana's Pizza Crust and Pizza sauce

1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp yeast
2 tbs oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup  flour

Add yeast to 1/4 cup warm water let it activate
In a mixer add oil, water and salt
Add yeast mixture and additional water
Gradually add flour kneading until a soft ball forms
Set aside and let raise 30 minutes

Sauce
1 can tomato sauce
seasoned with oregano and garlic salt (about  1/2 tsp each)

Roll out pizza dough and add half the sauce. Add cheese and toppings.
Add the additional sauce over cheese and toppings. Salt and pepper as desired.
Bake At 400 degrees for 15 min. Make 1 pizza.
